Qualifikationen

• 3–5 years relevant experience in employee relations.
• Bachelor's degree in Labour Relations Management, BCom in Law, or LLB.
• Specialisation in Labour Relations TES environment advantageous.

• Improve quality, service and outputs; advise on policy and procedures.
• Identify process problems and recommend improvements.
• Plan work outputs and process improvements for the area of specialisation.
• Prepare written reports for managerial decision making.
