You will mentor the HR operations team, oversee system implementations, and report KPIs to senior management in a hybrid work setup.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years progressing HR operations experience, with ≥3 years in management.
• Experience in HRIS, payroll and benefits for large workforce.
• Strong knowledge of South African labor law and compliance.
• Excellent operational and project management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop teams with a customer-centric approach.
• Hybrid work arrangement based in Mahikeng, North West.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily HR operations including HRIS, payroll, benefits, and records.
• Develop and implement HR policies ensuring SA labor law compliance.
• Lead and mentor the HR operations team for efficient service delivery.
• Manage HR projects: systems, processes, compliance initiatives.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Monitor HR metrics and report insights to senior management.
• Coordinate with payroll providers and benefits administrators.
• Champion HR technology to streamline processes and employee experience.
• Ensure health, safety and environmental regulations in HR context.
