Network Finance is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to own the HR function across the business and subsidiaries. This senior, standalone role partners closely with leadership to drive engagement, performance, and organisational growth.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in HR, strong payroll experience (VIP/Sage), and solid knowledge of SA labour legislation. The role focuses on talent acquisition, development, compliance, and culture in a dynamic environment.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in HR management or related field.
• Honours degree advantageous.
• Additional qualifications in Labour Law, Payroll or BBBEE advantageous.
• Minimum 10 years HR experience.
• Experience managing a standalone HR function.
• Strong payroll experience (VIP/Sage advantageous).
• Experience with WSP/ATR submissions and SETA engagement.
• Knowledge of BCEA, LRA, EEA, SDA and related legislation.

Aufgaben

• Talent Acquisition & Onboarding: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to placement; Draft job specifications and oversee recruitment pipelines; Conduct interviews and coordinate assessments; Facilitate onboarding and induction processes.
• Performance Management & Employee Development: Drive and manage performance review processes; Coordinate training, development, and upskilling initiatives; Manage WSP and ATR submissions; Support succession planning and employee growth strategies.
• Employee Relations & Labour Compliance: Manage disciplinary hearings, grievances, and investigations; Ensure compliance with SA labour legislation; Facilitate conflict resolution and employee engagement initiatives; Maintain accurate employee and disciplinary records.
• Payroll & HR Administration: Oversee monthly payroll processing and payroll administration; Manage leave administration, contracts, employee records, and HR reporting; Liaise with finance regarding payroll reconciliations and statutory compliance.
• HR Policies, Compliance & Organisational Culture: Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures; Drive Employment Equity and BBBEE initiatives; Ensure HR compliance across the group; Build a positive and high‑performing company culture.
