Job summary

Network Finance in Gauteng seeks an experienced Human Resources Manager to take ownership of the HR function across the business and subsidiaries. This senior, standalone role requires a hands-on generalist who partners with leadership to drive engagement, performance and organisational growth.

You will oversee payroll, compliance, recruitment, training and HR analytics, ensuring BBBEE and labour law compliance while building a high-performing culture across the group.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
• Honours degree advantageous.
• Additional qualifications in Labour Law, Payroll or BBBEE advantageous.
• Minimum 10 years’ practical HR experience.
• Proven experience managing a standalone HR function.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full HR function across the group, including payroll, admin and reporting.
• Drive talent acquisition, onboarding and development.
• Manage performance, employee relations and disciplinary processes.
• Ensure compliance with South African labour legislation and BBBEE requirements.
• Collaborate with leadership to build culture and organisational growth.
