Placements24 is seeking a seasoned Senior HR Generalist to join their fully remote team, supporting employees across South Africa, including Kimberley. You will manage HR functions, drive talent management, engagement, and compliance with minimal supervision.

The role requires 6+ years in HR generalist roles, strong knowledge of SA labour law, and experience with HRIS. You will partner with management to shape policies, administer compensation, and foster a positive remote work culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
• 6+ years of progressive experience in HR generalist roles, with a significant portion in remote environments.
• In-depth knowledge of South African labour law and HR best practices.
• Experience with HRIS and HR technologies essential for remote operations.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to work autonomously and manage priorities effectively in a remote setting.
