Placements24 seeks a proactive Remote HR Generalist to support employees and management across locations in a fully remote setup. You will handle employee relations, onboarding/offboarding, HR policy implementation, and talent management initiatives within a virtual environment.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in HR or related field, proven HR Generalist experience in remote settings, solid SA labour law knowledge, and proficiency with HRIS and collaboration tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an HR Generalist, with remote/virtual setting experience.
• Solid understanding of South African labour law and HR best practices.
• Proficiency in HRIS and virtual collaboration tools (Slack, Zoom, Microsoft Teams).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to engage remotely.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
