Qualifications

• Master's degree in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience as an HR Consultant or in senior HR leadership roles.
• Deep expertise in South African labor law, HR best practices, and employee relations.
• Proven track record in project management and delivering HR solutions.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple client engagements effectively.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert HR advice and consultation on strategic projects and operational issues.
• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and frameworks tailored to organizational needs.
• Assist in managing complex employee relations, including disciplinary hearings and grievances.
• Support talent management and organizational development initiatives.
