Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a highly experienced Senior Human Resources Specialist to support a fully remote workforce servicing teams around Centurion. The role demands strategic HR leadership in employee relations, performance management, and compliance, with a focus on delivering value in a remote context.

You will guide managers and staff, collaborate with leadership to shape HR strategies, and drive critical projects such as HR system rollouts and policy updates.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in HR, industrial psychology, or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive HR experience, incl. senior specialist or generalist roles.
• Experience with employee relations, performance mgmt, and compliance.
• Experience in remote-first or hybrid environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex employee relations issues, investigations, and resolutions remotely.
• Oversee performance management processes, including goals, feedback, and reviews.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and policies; update as needed.
• Partner with leadership to implement HR strategies aligned to business goals.
• Lead HR projects such as system implementations or policy revisions.
• Mentor junior HR team members.
