Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
• Master’s degree is a plus.
• Minimum of 8 years of progressive HR experience, with significant time in an HR Business Partner role.
• Proven experience supporting senior executives and influencing business strategy.
• In-depth knowledge of South African labor law and HR best practices.

Requirements

• Proven experience supporting senior executives and influencing business strategy.
• In-depth knowledge of South African labor law and HR best practices.
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all levels of the organization.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a track record of using data to drive HR decisions.
• Demonstrated experience in change management and organizational development.
• Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote work environment.
