Qualifications

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a strategic HR advisor to assigned business units, aligning HR strategies with organizational goals.

• Provide expert guidance on complex employee relations issues, performance management, and organizational design.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in HR, with a significant portion in an HR Business Partner role.
• Demonstrated experience partnering with senior leadership to drive business results through HR initiatives.
• Proven ability to manage complex employee relations and organizational change.
• Strong understanding of HR principles, South African labor law, and best practices.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and influencing skills, essential for remote collaboration.
