Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Law, or related field is required.
• 5-7 years of experience in an HR advisory or generalist role.
• Experience managing complex employee relations and HR investigations.
• Strong knowledge of South African labor law and practical application.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert HR advice and guidance to managers and employees on a range of HR issues.
• Manage complex employee relations cases, including disciplinary procedures and grievance investigations.
• Develop, review, and update HR policies and procedures for compliance and best practice.
• Support talent management initiatives, including performance management and succession planning.
• Contribute to HR projects and initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategy.
• Ensure compliance with South African labor laws and regulations.
