Placements24 in Port Elizabeth is seeking a Senior HR Advisor to provide comprehensive HR support, guidance and compliance. This hybrid role combines on-site and remote work, focusing on policy interpretation, employee relations, talent development and alignment with South African labor law in the Eastern Cape.

You will advise management and staff, manage investigations, support recruitment and onboarding, implement HR initiatives to boost engagement, maintain records, and contribute to training

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HRM or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in an HR advisory/generalist role.
• Solid knowledge of South African labor law.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert HR advice to managers and employees on HR matters.
• Interpret and apply HR policies consistently.
• Manage employee relations issues and investigations.
• Support recruitment and onboarding processes.
