Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Law, HR, or Industrial Psychology.
• Minimum 5 years' HR experience with a focus on compliance and policy development.
• Strong knowledge of SA labour legislation and governance.

Responsibilities

• Develop, review and update HR policies to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Conduct internal compliance audits and report findings.
• Oversee implementation of new HR policies across the organisation.
• Advise management on disciplinary procedures, grievances, and retrenchments.
• Stay updated on labour law changes and adjust policies accordingly.
• Develop and deliver training on HR policies, compliance, and employee rights.
• Manage statutory reporting and compliance filings.
• Investigate employee complaints related to policy violations.
• Contribute to HR strategy with focus on risk mitigation.
• Maintain accurate HR records and documentation.
