• Drive sales and achieve monthly hire revenue and conversion targets.
• Handle walk-in and telephone enquiries and convert enquiries into bookings.
• Upsell accessories, delivery, fuel, damage waivers and other services.
• Build relationships with customers and encourage repeat business.
• Resolve queries and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Manage equipment bookings, returns, availability and utilisation.
• Inspect returned equipment and report faults or damage.
• Ensure hire contracts are completed accurately with deposits and ID.
• Maintain accurate cash-ups, invoicing and reconciliations.
• Coordinate with workshop, drivers and staff regarding movements.
• Assist with training and mentoring junior staff.
• Maintain records and high levels of administrative accuracy.
• Assist customers with the safe use of equipment.
