Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience as a senior hire controller in civils, construction or mining; plant hire experience advantageous
• Confident, self-motivated and driven to succeed
• Good communication skills and ability to motivate staff
• Fair understanding of Excel and the powers thereof
• Must have a valid driver’s license
• Willing to transfer to various branches
• Tertiary studies in Business Management will be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Be target driven and seek to achieve above the required standard in sales, cash collections, credit control, staff management and stock management.
• Demonstrate customer care and staff control through effective managerial skills.
• Be a strong motivator for sales and the staff in the store to generate above-average sales.
• Have some technical knowledge and ability to assess the output of your workshop.
