Time Personnel in Bellville is seeking a Branch Admin Sales Assistant to support the day-to-day running of the branch and help customers select the right equipment for projects.

You will prepare quotations, process hire contracts, handle returns, maintain showroom stock, and build strong relationships with contractors and trade customers while assisting the Branch Manager during busy periods.

Qualifikationen

• Gr 12 or equivalent secondary qualification.
• Computer literate with good administrative accuracy.
• Minimum 3 years' sales experience within the equipment hire, construction, tools or industrial supply industry.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Confident assisting with day-to-day branch operations in the Manager's absence.
• Experience processing quotations, hire agreements and customer transactions.
• Reliable, hands-on and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to work on a rotational Saturday roster.
