Amazon Development Centre (South Africa) is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager – Customer Growth & Lifecycle to shape how millions of customers discover, experience, and engage with Amazon. You will own the lifecycle strategy across acquisition and engagement, driving value and repeat purchases in a fast-growing market.

This role requires leading cross-channel programs with CRM, onsite, and partner marketing, building dashboards, experiments, and playbooks to scale growth and customer lifetime

Qualifications

• Minimum 8+ years in professional marketing roles with a track record of growth.
• Proven ability to design, execute and scale cross-functional marketing programs.
• Strong data chops: Excel, Tableau, and ability to derive insights from SQL queries.
• Experience with test-and-learn, marketing optimization, and experimentation.

Responsibilities

• Own lifecycle and acquisition strategies to drive new-to-Amazon and repeat purchases.
• Lead cross-channel programs across onsite, CRM, and partner marketing teams.
• Define experiments and dashboards to measure growth impact and program effectiveness.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Retail, Prime, Deals, Business, and Product teams to align inputs.
