Job summary

OneDayOnly Offers (Pty) Ltd. is seeking a Senior CRM Campaign Specialist to manage the lifecycle marketing across Email, Push and WhatsApp. You will own end-to-end campaigns, journeys and segmentation logic, driving engagement and revenue.

You will partner with the CRM Manager to ship campaigns, optimise live journeys, and implement test-driven improvements while upholding data privacy and best practices across channels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Commerce or related field.
• 4–7 years’ experience in CRM, Email Marketing or Marketing Automation in eCommerce.
• Experience owning a CRM channel end-to-end with a performance target.
• Hands-on experience with Bloomreach, Netcore, Klaviyo, Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Emarsys or similar.
• Experience designing and running a testing roadmap, not just individual tests.
• Strong understanding of customer lifecycle marketing and automated journeys.
• Experience building and optimising automated customer journeys.
• Experience with customer segmentation and personalisation.
• POPIA knowledge as it applies to direct marketing, consent and suppression.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; interpret campaign data and optimise.
• Experience leading or coaching a junior marketer; strong communication.
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills; SQL knowledge.
• Basic HTML/CSS knowledge for email; familiarity with GA4, Tableau or Looker Studio.
• Experience with Push Notifications and WhatsApp marketing; familiarity with Asana, Jira, Litmus.

Responsibilities

• Own the build, QA, scheduling and deployment of CRM campaigns across Email, Push Notifications and WhatsApp.
• Own WhatsApp end-to-end content approach, growth and performance targets.
• Set and maintain build and QA standards for the CRM team.
• Maintain and optimise the CRM/ESP setup: templates, triggers, workflows.
• Ensure campaigns meet brand and quality standards.
