The role focuses on employee relations, talent management, and compliance across jurisdictions, with a strong emphasis on developing initiatives that foster an inclusive, high-performing remote culture and strategic workforce planning.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in HRM, MBA, or related field.
• 8+ years of progressive HR experience, including senior or strategic roles.
• Expertise in employee relations, talent management, and HR strategy.
• Experience leading remote or distributed teams.
• Strong leadership, communication, and influencing skills.
• Knowledge of global HR practices and compliance is advantageous.
