Placements24 is seeking a seasoned Senior HR Officer to join their team in a fully remote capacity, supporting operations from Richards Bay.

You will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, develop onboarding programs, enforce HR policies, and drive employee engagement initiatives in a remote-first environment.

This role requires 5+ years in a generalist HR role, solid knowledge of SA labor law, and proficiency with HRIS and standard office software.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a generalist HR role.
• Demonstrated experience in recruitment and onboarding.
• Solid understanding of South African labor law and its practical application.
