Qualifications

• You've got a solid closing track record and can point to your numbers.
• You're a natural on the phone and people warm to you quickly.
• You're driven, competitive, and motivated to grow your income.
• You've carried a target in a B2B environment and love owning deals all the way to the finish.
• You stay calm and sharp under pressure.
• Matric (essential); a tertiary qualification is a bonus.
• 2+ years' B2B closing experience, carrying a target and owning deals to the finish, not just booking meetings.
• Fluent, neutral accent English.
• Able to work on site in the Cape Town CBD on US hours (14:00-23:00 / 15:00-00:00).
• Clear criminal and credit record (financial services requirement).

Responsibilities

• Own the full close: consultation, negotiation, structuring the right funding solution, handling objections, and getting the deal funded.
• Guide the conversation and bring the deal home with warm, qualified US leads.
• Collaborate with onboarding, coaching, and a high-performing floor to ramp quickly.
