Fundwell’s Fourways team in Johannesburg is hiring for a high-energy outbound sales specialist. You’ll call US business owners, build rapport, and move opportunities through a proven process that rewards performance.

This is not a generic call centre. On-site in Fourways, shifts 2:00 PM–11:00 PM or 3:00 PM–12:00 AM SAST to align with US hours, with uncapped commission and a clear path to leadership as the office grows.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in outbound sales or B2B sales.
• Clear, confident English with US business owners.
• Eligible to work in South Africa.

Responsibilities

• Make 150–200+ outbound calls to US business owners daily.
• Have real conversations with decision-makers, not scripts.
• Spot genuine funding needs and match the right product.
• Keep sharp follow-up turning maybe into yes.
• Maintain clean CRM notes so nothing slips.
• Chase and beat daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
