Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field.
• 3–5 years in sales analysis or BI in FMCG preferred.
• Ability to collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets.
• Excellent communication and data storytelling skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze sales data from POS and distributor reports to identify trends.
• Develop dashboards and presentations for senior management.
• Conduct market analysis to support strategic planning.
• Forecast sales volumes and advise on targets and strategies.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing on analytical needs.
• Evaluate promotions and product launches with post-performance analysis.
• Improve data collection, reporting processes, and data integrity.
• Manage sales databases and ensure data quality.
• Present findings to executives and stakeholders.
