The successful candidate will manage a team, ensure regulatory compliance, and partner with auditors and management to drive performance. Relocation to Klerksdorp may be required for the right candidate.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required and professional qualification mandatory.
• At least 8 years in accounting/finance with 3+ years in a supervisory role.
• Extensive IFRS and South African GAAP knowledge, tax compliance.
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial planning and analysis.
• Strong internal controls and risk management understanding.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee all accounting operations including GL, payables, receivables, payroll and compliance.
• Prepare timely, accurate financial statements for senior management.
• Lead budgeting and forecasting processes aligned with strategy.
• Maintain robust internal controls to mitigate risks.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with local and national laws.
• Lead and mentor the finance team and liaise with external auditors and banks.
• Conduct financial analysis to support business decisions and improvements.
• Oversee cash flow and treasury activities; drive process improvements.
