Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• CA(SA), CIMA, or ACCA certification preferred.
• 7+ years in accounting/financial management.
• Experience as Financial Controller or senior accounting role.
• Strong IFRS/GAAP knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, payroll, and cost accounting.
• Develop and manage annual budgets and financial forecasts.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard assets and ensure accuracy.
• Lead month-end and year-end close processes.
• Coordinate external audits and provide supporting documentation.
• Monitor cash flow and liquidity for operations.
• Provide financial insights to support strategic decisions.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations.
