Absa is looking for a high-performing, experienced Financial Adviser who is FAIS Fit & Proper compliant to join our dynamic and results-driven environment. This role is designed for a seasoned professional with a proven track record in financial services, who is ready to maximise earnings through a fully commission-driven mode.

You will provide expert, holistic financial planning and advisory services, manage and grow an existing client portfolio, proactively source new business opportunities,

Formación

• Fully FAIS Fit & Proper compliant (non-negotiable).
• RE5 certification (essential).
• Minimum 3–5+ years’ experience as a Financial Adviser or in a similar advisory role.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Established client base (advantageous).
• Strong business development and networking capability.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Own reliable transport.

Responsabilidades
