Job summary

Absa is seeking a high-performing Financial Adviser to join a commission-driven team. You will provide holistic financial planning, manage an existing client base, and proactively source new business opportunities. The role requires FAIS Fit & Proper compliance, RE5 certification, and a proven sales record.

Own transport is advantageous. You will help clients with investments, risk, and insurance solutions while staying updated on market trends, ensuring regulatory compliance and long-term

Qualifications

• Fully FAIS Fit & Proper compliant (non-negotiable).
• RE5 certification (essential).
• Minimum 3–5+ years’ experience as a Financial Adviser or in a similar advisory role.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert, holistic financial planning and advisory services.
• Manage and grow an existing client portfolio (if applicable).
• Proactively source and convert new business opportunities.
• Deliver tailored investment, risk, and insurance solutions.
• Maintain long-term client relationships through exceptional service.
• Ensure full compliance with FAIS and regulatory requirements.
• Stay informed on market trends and product developments.
