Absa Group in South Africa seeks a high-performing Financial Adviser (FAIS Fit & Proper) to join a commission-driven environment. You will deliver holistic financial planning, grow an existing client portfolio where applicable, and proactively source new opportunities.

The role requires RE5, FAIS Fit & Proper, and a proven sales track record, with uncapped earning potential and ongoing professional development. Own transport is preferred.

Qualifications

• Fully FAIS Fit & Proper compliant (non-negotiable).
• RE5 certification (essential).
• Minimum 3–5+ years’ experience as a Financial Adviser or in a similar advisory role.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Established client base (advantageous).
• Strong business development and networking capability.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Own reliable transport.
