Zusammenfassung

BHBW South Africa Proprietary Limited is seeking an experienced administrator to support the New Equipment section. You will prepare customer quotations, capture data accurately, check for completeness, and distribute approved quotes while maintaining files and supporting documentation.

The role also covers FICA reporting, travel bookings, POs and Cloud quote administration, with a focus on safety and KPI achievement.

Qualifikationen

• Grade 12 / National Senior Certificate.
• Administrative or business-related certificate would be advantageous.
• 10 years of experience.

Aufgaben

• Assist with the preparation of customer quotations using approved pricing and information provided by the Sales team.
• Capture quotation information accurately on the relevant system or template.
• Check quotations for basic completeness and accuracy before submitting them for review.
• Make authorised amendments to quotations as instructed.
• Distribute approved quotations to the relevant Sales Representative or customer.
• File and maintain copies of quotations and supporting documentation.
• Assist with following up on outstanding quotation information.
• FICA compliance
• Group Travel Bookings
• PO’s and Migo’s
• Administration on Cloud quote and magnitude
• Compile FICA reports using information available from the relevant company systems and source documentation.
• Capture and update information required for FICA reporting.
• Check information for completeness before submitting reports for review.
• Identify missing information and follow up with the relevant Sales team member.
• Maintain copies of completed FICA reports and supporting documentation.
• Assist with updating FICA reports as required.
• Maintain a safe working environment (according to safety policy and procedures)
• Achieve individual Balanced Scorecard and KPIs
• Effective self-management and performance ownership
• Adherence to any reasonable instruction
