Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Sociology, or related field.
• Experience in crisis intervention and advocacy.
• Strong interviewing, assessment, and counseling skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive client assessments and develop individualized case plans.
• Provide intensive case management services to families in need.
• Offer counseling and support to clients experiencing crisis or distress.
• Advocate for clients’ rights and facilitate access to community resources and services.
• Collaborate with social workers, therapists, and other professionals to coordinate care.
• Maintain detailed and accurate client records in compliance with organizational standards.
• Facilitate support groups and educational workshops for families.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior case workers.
• Participate in team meetings, case consultations, and ongoing professional development.
• Respond to emergencies and provide crisis intervention as needed.
• Network with community partners and agencies to build referral relationships.
• Monitor client progress and adjust service plans accordingly.
