• Minimum 7 years in executive search, retained search, or senior recruitment.
• Proven success recruiting for executive roles across diverse industries.
• Established senior professional network and ability to engage effectively.
• Strong market analysis, research capabilities and presentation skills.
• Proactive, client-focused with strategic business acumen.

Responsibilities

• Conduct executive search assignments from initiation to closure for senior/C-suite roles.
• Develop search strategies, map target organizations, and identify candidate pools.
• Engage passive candidates through advanced outreach and networking.
• Interview, assess leadership potential and cultural fit; present shortlisted candidates with insights.
• Manage client relationships with regular updates and expert consultation.
• Negotiate offers and facilitate onboarding of placed executives.
• Support business development and expand client relationships.
• Maintain market intelligence on compensation, trends, and Cape Town dynamics.
