• Deep knowledge of the Cape Town Western Cape financial landscape and talent market.
• Exceptional relationship-building and consultative selling skills.
• Strong understanding of market mapping, competitor analysis, and talent intelligence gathering.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business or related field; MBA a plus.
• Based in or willing to relocate to Cape Town for consistent office presence.
