Placements24 is seeking an Event Catering Sales Executive to drive new business in the Paarl region. The role focuses on identifying opportunities for corporate events, private functions and weddings, presenting tailored catering solutions, and closing deals to meet revenue targets.

You will build relationships with clients, partners and stakeholders, negotiate terms, and collaborate with event planning and culinary teams to ensure seamless service delivery for secured events.

Qualificações

• Minimum of 5 years in sales, preferably catering/events.
• Proven track record of meeting quotas.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
• CRM proficiency and willingness to travel.

Responsabilidades

• Proactively identify and pursue new sales leads within corporate, private and wedding event markets.
• Develop and deliver sales presentations and proposals tailored to prospective clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners and industry stakeholders.
• Negotiate contracts and terms of service to ensure profitability and client satisfaction.
• Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
• Collaborate with planning and culinary teams to ensure accurate quoting and seamless service delivery.
