Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably catering/hospitality/events.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Strong networking abilities and professional demeanor.
• Ability to translate client needs into effective catering solutions.
• Proficiency with CRM software and MS Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new sales leads through various channels in Paarl and surrounding areas.
• Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients, event planners and private clients.
• Conduct client consultations to understand event requirements, budget and vision.
• Create proposals and customized catering menu recommendations.
• Negotiate contracts and close sales to achieve revenue targets.
• Collaborate with operations and culinary teams to ensure seamless event execution.
