Placements24 is seeking a Senior Catering Sales Executive to drive business growth in the Pretoria market. You will build client relationships, identify opportunities, and close deals to hit ambitious targets in a hybrid role with remote work and on-site client engagements.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in sales within catering, hospitality, or luxury events, strong negotiation skills, and CRM proficiency.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of proven sales experience, preferably in catering, hospitality or luxury events.
• Strong networking and client-management abilities.
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to grow catering revenue in Pretoria and surrounding areas.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking and proactive outreach.
• Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, event planners and private clients.
• Conduct client consultations, site visits and presentations to showcase offerings and capabilities.
• Prepare customized proposals, contracts and pricing structures; negotiate terms.
• Collaborate with culinary and operations teams to ensure seamless event execution and client satisfaction.
• Meet and exceed individual sales quotas and provide regular sales forecasts.
