Job summary

Network International is seeking a Senior Manager: Enterprise & Corporate Sales to lead Payfast's enterprise sales strategy from Cape Town. You will drive merchant acquisition, revenue growth and strategic market expansion across large corporate segments, building durable executive relationships.

Collaborating with Product, Partnerships, Operations, Technology, Risk and Compliance, you will design customer-centred solutions that deliver measurable value while achieving commercial objectives.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in B2B sales, business development or commercial leadership roles.
• Experience engaging and influencing executive and C-suite stakeholders.
• Proven track record of managing complex solution-based sales opportunities and commercial negotiations.
• Enterprise and corporate sales leadership and strategic account management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Payfast's Enterprise & Corporate Sales strategy.
• Drive new business acquisition across enterprise and corporate segments.
• Identify and prioritise strategic target accounts and growth opportunities.
• Lead complex sales opportunities from origination through to implementation.
• Negotiate pricing, commercial terms and strategic agreements.
• Drive cross-sell and upsell opportunities across the Payfast product suite.
• Maintain an accurate and predictable sales pipeline and provide regular forecasting.
