Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for engineering roles, including sourcing, interviewing, and placement.
• Develop sourcing strategies to attract qualified engineering candidates.
• Assess candidates for technical qualifications and cultural fit.
• Build and maintain relationships with engineering clients and hiring managers.
• Understand client requirements and advise on talent acquisition.
