Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a Senior Recruitment Consultant to lead our Engineering division in Pretoria, Gauteng. You will manage client needs, source and interview engineering professionals, and drive end-to-end recruitment processes across mechanical, electrical, civil and chemical disciplines.

You will build strong candidate pipelines, provide market insights, and collaborate with the team to deliver exceptional service to a diverse client base across South Africa.

Qualifications

• 4+ years' experience in recruitment with a focus on engineering sectors.
• Strong understanding of engineering disciplines and sourcing strategies.
• Proven track record of placing engineering professionals.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of engineering clients.
• Source, screen and interview engineers (mechanical, electrical, civil, chemical).
• Develop candidate sourcing strategies via platforms and networks.
• Build relationships with engineering companies and professionals.
• Lead end-to-end recruitment process from brief to offer.
