You will manage end-to-end recruitment for mechanical, electrical, civil, and metallurgical roles in the mining sector, sourcing candidates and advising on market trends and compensation.

Formación

• Proven experience as an Engineering Recruiter or Senior Recruiter in mining/heavy industry.
• Success sourcing and placing niche engineering talent.
• Strong understanding of engineering disciplines and skill sets.
• Diverse channels for candidate sourcing (boards, LinkedIn, networks).
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management abilities.
• Familiarity with South African mining recruitment landscape.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, HR or related field advantageous.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure service excellence and client satisfaction. Stay updated on industry developments and best practices in engineering recruitment.

Requirements

Proven experience as an Engineering Recruiter or Senior Recruiter, with a strong focus on the mining or heavy industry sectors. Demonstrable success in sourcing and placing niche engineering talent. Excellent understanding of various engineering disciplines and their respective skill sets. Strong candidate sourcing skills utilizing diverse channels (job boards, LinkedIn, professional networks). Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management abilities. Familiarity with the South African mining landscape and associated recruitment challenges. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Human Resources, or a related field is advantageous.
