Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering with a focus on power systems or electronics.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in design, development, or integration of energy storage or power electronics.
• Knowledge of battery chemistries (Li-ion), BMS, and inverters.
• Experience with MATLAB/Simulink for modeling/simulation.

Aufgaben

• Design and engineer integrated energy storage systems (BESS) including battery selection and power conversion.
• Develop system architecture and specifications for BESS projects.
• Conduct performance modeling and simulation of energy storage systems.
• Oversee procurement, installation, and commissioning of BESS projects.
• Develop control strategies for optimal system operation and energy management.
• Troubleshoot BESS hardware and software issues.
• Ensure compliance with safety and electrical codes and standards.
• Collaborate with project managers, software developers and field technicians.
• Stay updated on advancements in battery tech, power electronics and EMS/SCADA.
• Prepare technical documentation and presentations for stakeholders.
