Placements24 is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead energy infrastructure projects in Rustenburg. You will oversee the full lifecycle from conception to closure, managing budgets, timelines and resources while coordinating engineers, contractors, and stakeholders.

The role requires a strong leader with excellent organizational skills, PMI/PRINCE2 knowledge, and proficiency in MS Project/Primavera. A Master's and PMP are highly desirable; hybrid work is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Civil, Mechanical) or Project Management.
• A Master's degree is an advantage.
• PM experience in energy or large-scale infrastructure.
• PM methodologies knowledge (PMI/PRINCE2).
• Proficiency in MS Project or Primavera.
• Experience with contract management and vendor negotiation.

Responsabilités

• Lead and manage all phases of energy infrastructure projects, ensuring on-time and within-budget completion.
• Develop comprehensive project plans with scope, goals, deliverables, budgets and timelines.
• Identify, assess and mitigate project risks and issues.
• Coordinate engineers, contractors and stakeholders to deliver projects.
• Oversee procurement of materials, equipment and services.
• Ensure compliance with regulations, standards and safety protocols.
• Communicate progress to senior management and stakeholders.
