Placements24 is looking for an accomplished Project Manager to lead large energy infrastructure projects in the Centurion, Gauteng region. The role combines remote management with on-site involvement for milestone events, in a hybrid work model that supports efficient coordination and strong team leadership.

You will oversee feasibility, budgeting, stakeholder engagement, construction, commissioning, and handover, driving delivery on time and within budget while ensuring safety and environmental

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Master’s degree or PMP certification preferred.
• 7+ years of project management experience in energy/infrastructure.

Responsabilités

• Oversee all phases of energy infrastructure projects from planning to handover.
• Develop budgets, timelines, and resource plans.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and manage contracts.
• Lead engineers, contractors, and consultants in a hybrid environment.
• Ensure safety, quality, and environmental standards across lifecycles.
• Prepare progress reports for senior management.
• Facilitate project meetings and drive PM methodologies.
