Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline.
• PMP certification is highly desirable.
• Minimum of 10 years progressive experience in project management, with a focus on large-scale infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all phases of large-scale infrastructure projects from planning to closeout.
• Develop comprehensive project plans including scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Oversee project teams, providing direction and performance management.
• Manage project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure delivery.
• Ensure adherence to quality control standards, safety regulations, and contractual obligations.
• Liaise with clients, government agencies, consultants, and stakeholders for alignment and communication.
• Monitor progress and prepare regular reports on project status, budget, and timelines.
• Manage budgets and control costs to ensure profitability.
• Resolve project-related issues and conflicts in a timely manner.
• Foster a collaborative and high-performance team environment.
