Qualifications
- Master's degree in Electrical Engineering with specialization in Power Systems or Renewable Energy.
- 10+ years of experience in power systems engineering focused on renewables and/or energy storage.
- Experience with grid interconnection studies, power electronics, and protection systems.
Responsibilities
- Lead design and implementation of electrical systems for renewable integration and storage.
- Develop and analyze power system studies including load flow and stability.
- Specify key electrical equipment such as inverters, transformers and switchgear.
- Oversee projects from feasibility to commissioning and operation.
- Ensure compliance with grid codes and regulatory requirements for distributed resources.
- Mentor junior engineers and coordinate with stakeholders to drive project success.
