The role demands 7+ years in renewables, strong analytical skills, and proficiency with PVSyst, AutoCAD, and HOMER, along with knowledge of SA energy regulations and grid integration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering required.
• 7+ years of experience in renewable energy with leadership experience preferred.
• Knowledge of solar PV, wind turbine technologies, and energy storage is essential.
• Proficiency in simulation and design software such as PVSyst, AutoCAD, HOMER.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of renewable energy systems including solar, wind, and hybrid solutions.
• Conduct feasibility studies, site assessments, and technical evaluations for new projects.
• Manage project lifecycles from concept to completion within budget, schedule, and quality targets.
• Develop and optimize energy models, perform performance analysis, and generate detailed reports.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
