You will manage a team of electrical technicians and engineers, ensure compliance with SA regulations and safety standards, and drive reliable, efficient electrical assets while delivering cost-effective project execution and continuous

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering required.
• Pr. Eng registration with ECSA preferred.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant electrical engineering experience, with mining/heavy industry exposure.
• Experience with HV/LV systems, MCCs, VSDs and power distribution.

Responsabilidades

• Design, specify, and manage electrical installations for mining applications.
• Develop preventive and predictive maintenance programs for electrical infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot complex electrical faults to minimize downtime.
• Ensure compliance with SA safety standards and mining regulations.
• Lead and mentor the electrical team across multiple sites.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on new projects and upgrades.
• Maintain accurate electrical documentation and asset records.
