Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• 7+ years in social media marketing with at least 4 years managing complex campaigns in e-commerce.
• Proven success in campaigns driving sales, leads, or brand awareness.
• Strong paid social advertising knowledge and best practices.
• Excellent project management, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Experience managing significant campaign budgets.
