Placements24 is seeking a Senior E-commerce Social Media Strategist to lead our client’s online presence from our Stellenbosch office. This full-time, on-site role focuses on crafting high-level social media strategies that align with the brand and drive e-commerce growth.

You will supervise content creation, manage paid campaigns, analyze performance, and mentor junior staff while collaborating with marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure cohesive messaging.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in social media strategy and management.
• Expertise in social media analytics, reporting, and performance tracking.
• Proficiency in social media advertising platforms and budget management.
• Strong understanding of SEO principles and their relationship with social media.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.

Responsibilities
