Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 6+ years in social media marketing with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Proven success in developing and executing high-impact social media campaigns for ecommerce brands.
• Deep knowledge of major platforms, their algorithms, and ad capabilities.
• Proficiency with social media management tools and analytics platforms.
• Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, and more.
• Lead and mentor a team of social media specialists to a high-performance level.
