You will lead campaign strategy, execution and optimisation across Google Ads, Meta Ads and TikTok Ads, develop full-funnel programs for DTC and lead generation, manage budgets, analyse performance with GA4, GTM and Looker Studio, and

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years in paid media or performance marketing.
• Experience scaling e-commerce campaigns for luxury/fashion brands.
• Advanced expertise across Google Ads and Meta Ads; TikTok is advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of GA4, GTM and e-commerce analytics.
• Experience with product feeds and Shopify platforms.
• Strong budget forecasting and profitability analysis.

Aufgaben

• Lead paid media strategy, execution and optimisation across Google Ads, Meta Ads and TikTok Ads.
• Develop and scale full-funnel campaigns for DTC e-commerce and lead generation.
• Manage media budgets, bidding, audience segmentation and channel allocation.
• Analyse campaign performance with GA4, ad platforms and revenue data to identify growth opportunities.
• Implement and troubleshoot conversion tracking using GTM, GA4, Meta Pixel, API.
• Optimise Google Shopping, Performance Max and catalogue campaigns.
• Develop testing strategies for creatives, audiences and landing pages.
• Evaluate CAC, LTV, AOV and break-even ROAS to guide decisions.
• Build dashboards, forecasts and reports translating data into actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with creative, ecommerce and account teams as a trusted advisor.
